Because you may say the item is in great shape, but it may truly only be in fair shape. So with a picture they will be able to tell how the product actually looks.

If you land within the top five you should be able to get people going to your website and hopefully being impressed by the pictures and descriptions you have up.

Chances are the will become a regular customer afterwards.
Dont forget to take care of your current customers as well though. You can use them to market your health and beauty business. For example if they refer a customer to you that schedules an appointment they will get their name entered into a drawing for fabulous prizes. You can also provide them with special discounts and promotions for remaining a loyal customer.
